Our 3rd Pancakes and Booze art show was a success. I had a lot of fun during this show and met some cool artists. I feel like I’ve gotten more confident and comfortable with talking about my artwork with strangers. This was
the first time I’ve taken up two walls with my work. It was also my first time giving away stickers to guests who stopped at my wall. 🖤
Setting up my wall was great! I used the same textile design that I created for my March art show with pancakes and booze. The setup was perfect and I received so many compliments. I was next to a dope artist Alexis. His wall was so interactive and fun! One of my favorite parts about doing the Pancakes and Booze art show is meeting other artists and seeing their talents. S/O to all of the emerging artists who continuously put themselves out there.
The venue was extremely hot and had no A/C! So thank you to everyone who came out to see us local artists in that crazy heat. My athletic pants and handheld fan kept me cool LOL. Thank you to my family and friends who came out to support me. Especially my beautiful sister Bri who always supports and helped me set up that day. Thank you to everyone who made a purchase, I look forward to doing more art events.
